Cute graphics and nice music. It might have been nice to have some inertia on the movement of the cloud so it didn't feel too mechanical. Overall really nice presentation!

A pretty cool idea. Very simple and easy to get into which is great. It would be nice if there was a blast effect or similar when you hit an enemy so there is more of a sense of reward. Also I'd suggest it might be nice if there was some warning before an enemy fired - perhaps they could blink or suggest that they were powering up to fire a lazer?
